EZ Oil uses an integral pump to draw fresh cooking oil from your box or jug storage rack, delivering the oil into the fryer. Oil can be direct-plumbed for a fully automated system or can be used with a flexible dispensing wand. This easy-to-install, easy-to-use oil management solution can be set up in as little as 30 minutes.
The EZ Oil dispensing system is designed to accommodate boxed oil you purchase from any vendor. The upside-down storage system ensures that every drop of oil is drained, increasing oil yields by up to 10%. The storage rack utilizes the same footprint as any typical foodservice establishment’s storage area for boxed oil, and it was recently redesigned to accommodate even smaller spaces than before. Simply connect the system to one or even multiple fryers simultaneously and push the button. Whether the system is direct-plumbed or implements the dispensing wand, fresh cooking oil flows freely and easily from the boxes on the rack into the fryers. This system can dramatically improve workplace safety, as hands and floors are kept clean and grease-free.
