AUTO TOP OFF

Auto top-off can be synchronized with each order. This allows operators to disperse a precisely calibrated amount of cooking oil into the fryer vat to offset the small amount that is absorbed into the food. When cooking oil levels are not maintained, the natural degradation of the oil that occurs during fryer operation is accelerated. EZ-Oil’s auto top-off feature saves restaurants thousands of dollars worth of oil each year simply by maintaining the proper amount of oil in the vat. These savings are huge to major chains and second only to the safety benefits realized by the elimination of the need to lift, pour, and potentially splash or splatter cooking oil.
