No longer simply a dirty job that must be done, collection of used cooking oil (UCO) is a profit center for the modern foodservice kitchen. With rebates from cooking oil recyclers adding up to thousands of dollars each year, proper handling of this commodity is paramount. No matter the size of your operation or configuration of your kitchen, we have the UCO options to collect and store oil safely, cleanly, and profitably.

Kitchen Controller™ System
High-quality frying oil is key to serving up great-tasting food. The only way to help ensure the highest-quality oil across the ingredient lifecycle is through close monitoring. It maximizes oil quality while extending oil life, resulting in great-tasting food that is consistent batch to batch. In foodservice, consistency means brand loyalty, repeat business, and higher profits. Find out how oil life monitoring can change your operation.
Oil Quality Sensor
Simply lower the wand’s probe into the oil, hold for oil quality reading, and the system does the rest. The information gathered transforms into actionable data that is fed to a touchscreen pad mounted near the fryer. There is no guesswork: green, yellow, and red on-screen indicators prompt tasks that optimize oil life and food quality.
Proprietary software analyzes oil quality data and triggers recommended actions based on algorithms informed by decades of research on optimal oil quality. Notifications on oil quality, fryer vat volume, fresh-oil supply, used-oil tank volume, and more are collected. The system records any changes in these measurements. Actions can be completed at the touch of a button, such as continue oil maintenance, top-off oil, take new oil quality measurement, schedule used oil pickup, and more.
