Max Palazzo joins the company in August, 2013

In his new position, Mr. Palazzo will be creating new products, improving existing product functionality, and perfecting design. The drive for sustainability in restaurant operations has, in turn, driven the search to find the best ways of handling waste cooking oil. Frontline Introduces Redesigned, Smaller-Footprint Box System for Dispensing Standard Packaged Oil

Both small and large foodservice establishments can save money on the cost of fresh cooking oil while increasing yields up to 10% with Frontline International’s Box System for Standard Packaged Oil, a hands-free, convenient, safer, and more cost-effective way to dispense fresh cooking oil for refilling fryers. Now, Frontline is rolling out a new version designed to fit a smaller footprint. Automatically, with just a push of a button, the fryer is filled with oil. Push another button, and used oil is automatically drained from the fryer and goes directly to a waste oil containment tank. No messy pouring oil or toting buckets of hot grease. Your employees will never touch cooking oil again.

Direct plumbing is the key

Frontline’s Box System for standard packaged fresh cooking oil can be directly plumbed to a Frontline fresh oil pump station, which then dispenses fresh oil to the fryers with the touch of a button. Fresh oil in boxes or jugs is placed upside-down in the Frontline rack system for storage and use. As an added benefit, the upside-down storage method dispenses every drop of oil, increasing yields by up to 10%. Then, with another push of a button, Frontline’s Direct-Plumbed® waste oil system pumps used oil from the fryer directly to a Frontline containment tank.
